A. チェックイン受付のお時間は18:00〜22:00です。 遅れる場合はご連絡ください。他のお客様のご迷惑となるため、
23:00以降は原則チェックインはお断りさせていただいております。 予めご了承ください。

Check-in from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.And check-out until 10:00 am.
※Please contact us in advance if your arrival will be late for 10:00 pm.
※If your arrival over 11:00 pm, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.

A. お一人様用のテントスペースが、約1.3m×2mです。
※セミダブルベッド程度のスペースです。 ２テント連結することで2-3名様でご利用いただくことも可能です。

A tent space for one person is about 1.3m×2m.
※Semi-double tent space is available for 2-3 people by connecting two tents.

A. 連泊は可能ですが、10:00以降は清掃作業、および日中のカフェ営業がある為、チェックアウトのお時間には都度お荷物とテント・寝具類は収納をお願いしております。

Consecutive stay is available.But the facility would have cleaning work from 10:00 am and opening for cafe time from 12:00 pm, So after 10:00 am when you go out please put your luggage, mattress and pillow into your locker.

A. 出入りは可能です。エントラスドアが夜間帯はオートロックとなるので、チェックイン時にオートロックの暗証番号をお伝えします。

You can come in and out at any time. The entrance door would auto-locked at night, you can get the password for auto-lock when the time of check-in.

A. 23:00頃に宿泊スペースを消灯させていただきます。 持ち運び型のベッドライトをご用意しておりますので、そちらをご利用ください。

The light would turn-off after 11:00 pm.The book light is available.

A. 併設のカフェCHASURUにて朝食（お茶漬け）を¥500（税抜）でご提供しております。

Our hostel has an adjoining cafe called "CHASURU", and breakfast Ochazuke(rice with tea) is served for ¥ 500(exclude tax) at cafe space.

A. 7歳以上のお子様のみ宿泊可能です。

Children over 7 years old could stay.

A. テントスペースの枕元の位置に、コンセントタップが御座います。ご自由にお使い下さい。

There are two plugs at each tent space. Please feel free to use it.

A. テントスペースの枕元の位置に、ダイヤル錠付きの専用収納が御座います。中型のトランクケースサイズであれば、収納が可能です。

Yes.Each tent space with one locker (W 1300＊D 800＊H 300mm). And you can set the password to use it to keep your luggage and belongings.

A. 館内全てのスペースでご利用いただけます。

A. レンタルパジャマ、レンタルタオルの他、カミソリ、歯ブラシ、髪ブラシ、コットンセット、耳栓のご用意が御座います。 (※一部有料)また、 シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ドライヤーは無料でご利用いただけます。

Sheets, mattress, pillow and blanket be provided for each guest. And we also provide amenities & Consumables including pajama and towel rental, ear plugs, hair brush, razor, tooth brush, shampoo, hair conditioner and body soap for guests. Additionally, we have hair dryer is available for 24 hours.

A. 男女共用のシャワーブースが二ヶ所御座います。

There are two unisex shower booths.

A. 宿泊者様用のランドリーは御座いません。予めご了承下さい。近隣のコインランドリーをご利用下さい。

There is no laundry for guests to use.You can use the coin laundry nearby.

A. 駐車場は御座いません。近隣のコインパーキングをご利用下さい。

There is no parking.Please use the coin parking nearby.

A. 基本的には夜20時から上映を予定しております。当日のご宿泊者様のチェックイン状況によって、多少前後する場合が御座います。カフェ営業の時間帯も映画を上映しておりますので、お気軽にお立ち寄り下さい。

The movie start from 8:00 pm.According to the situation, running time of movie maybe changed. You also can enjoy the movie at cafe time from 12:00 pm-17:00 pm.

A. 通常時は原則私共施設側が配給会社より著作権の許諾を得た作品ラインナップの上映をする形式となります。
貸切時はお客様がご用意いただいた映像を自由に楽しんでいただけます。
DVD、ブルーレイ、パソコン、スマホ、ゲーム機の映像をご利用いただけます。
当施設に設置しております機材は別途Q&A内の機材リストでご確認ください。

In general,our facility can only run the movie which copyright has been obtained from the distributor in principle.
In the case of space rental, you can feel free to enjoy the video you like.
You can use DVD, Blu-ray, PC, smartphone and connect with your game machine.

A. 貸切時は18名までご宿泊頂けます。

The rental space have a maximum people of 18.

A. ご宿泊は原則18名までとさせて頂いておりますが、宿泊を前提とされない出入りに関しては可能で御座います。
18名を超える出入りに関しましては、通常のご宿泊費とは別途で18名を超える人数様分の入場料が発生します。（¥1,000税抜/人）

The rental plan can hold up to 18 people to stay at night.
And the people who don't stay here can also come in and out,but need to pay ¥1000/per(excluding tax).

A. 出入り自体は可能ですが、夜間帯の頻繁な出入りや、グループでの談笑などを伴う出入りは、近隣の方のご迷惑となる為お控え下さい。

Come in and out free is possible, please refrain from frequent come in and out at night, or chatting with each other too loud, it will be cause inconvenienced to neighbors.

※ご持参いただいた外部機器（ゲーム機など）もHDMIなどで接続すればご利用可能です。

A. 施設専用のレジャーシートをご利用頂ければ、飲食物のお持込は可能です。
ただし、臭いが強いものなどはお控え下さい。
また、芝生スペースに飲食物などこぼされた場合、清掃および芝張替え費用（¥20,000~50,000）を請求させて頂く場合が御座います。予めご了承下さい。

You can bring foods and drinks in.And there is free leisure sheets be provided, you need eat foods or drinks on the leisure sheets.
But please refrain from anything with a strong smell.
In addition, if there is any food or drink left in the lawn space, and it's hard to be cleaned out, you may be charged for cleaning and replace grass fee (¥ 20,000-50,000).

A. ゴミのお引取りに関しては、1袋45L当たり別途¥500税抜を頂戴します。

About garbage, if you need our to deal with, ¥ 500 yen/bag will be charged.

A. 23時以降は近隣の方のご迷惑とならない様に、音量などご配慮をお願い致します。 また、施設外での談笑や喫煙はお控えください。

Please note that the volume not be too loud after 11:00pm that might disturb the neighbor .And please refrain from chatting or smoking outside.

A. お仲間内で楽しんで頂く限りは大丈夫ですが、映画などの著作権を有する著作物を用いて、著作権者の許諾なしに不特定多数の方を対象として集客し、商用的に利用することは法律で禁止されております。 それによって生じた事案に関して、当施設は一切の責任を負いかねますので予めご了承下さい。

If you use the movie or any other videos which has copyright action, it's okay to watch it with your friends. But if you use it without get permission from the copyright holder for commercial purposes will be prohibited by law. And no liability or responsibility is accepted by our company.

A. 日中（12:00～18:00）でしたら可能で御座います。お気軽にお問い合わせください。

A. 内装にダメージを与える様なものや、天井面への装飾は原則禁止とさせて頂いております。立て看板のお持込や、紙テープによる壁面の装飾など、軽微なものであればご相談は可能で御座います。

In principle, anything that may be effect on our interior or decoration on the ceiling is prohibited. If just do some decoration such as setting billboard or pasting poster with paper tape,it's negotiable.

A. 宿泊者の方も、宿泊者の方以外もカフェ・バーをご利用可能です。
12:00-14:00まではランチタイムとしてお得なセットも販売しております。
お気軽にお立ち寄りください。

Both guests and non-guests can use the cafe / bar.
Between 12:00 pm to 14:00 pm, there is special price available for lunch. Please feel free to come in.

If you are the guest stay in our hostel, we can help you to keep luggage temporarily.

A. 館内完全禁煙です。また、施設付近でのご喫煙もご遠慮いただいております。予めご了承下さい。

Our hostel is completely non-smoking. And please notice that smoking is not allowed nearby the facility.
